The Health & Wellbeing Group is due to meet in a few weeks’ time to discuss and agree its
programme of employee initiatives and awareness campaigns for the next 12 months, starting in
September. Overleaf is an example of some of the national awareness days and initiatives that the
group is likely to be discussing.
The Working Group will need to decide what activities it wants to deliver, the level of priority to be
afforded to each of the initiatives, how the content will be planned and delivered and how it will be
communicated internally.
You will be helping to facilitate the session and have been asked to prepare an agenda and slide deck
to guide the discussion.
Please could you prepare a PowerPoint presentation covering the following:
• Outline of how you would go about organising the session, including things to think about
before the meeting and follow up afterwards
• Agenda for the session
• Slides to guide the discussion.
In preparing your presentation you may want to think about how the initiatives are prioritised, how
the content will be planned, signed off and delivered, who we need to engage with internally/
externally and how impact will be tracked and measured.
