Policy Memo

I need to write 800-word Policy Memo. Deadline 13 February night. I have this task- "Address to your country’s Ministry of Health officials on a specific problem of health and health care disparities that exist in your country. In the paper, you should identify a group of individuals facing systemic barriers to health and/or health care, describe the problem using relevant statistics, and discuss the social, economic, and/or environmental disadvantages that contribute to the observed disparities. Come up with one or two concrete policy interventions for the problem based on existing evidence."
Discuss the broader contexts and the material/psychosocial/behavioral factors that contribute to the observed disparities (hint: you can follow the WHO’s social determinant of health framework).

So, in this regard, I am planning to write about the health disparities faced by the sex workers and transgenders in India in regards to their health coverage especially in regards to STDs.
