Physio Teleconsult Platform via Zoom Integration

I’m taking my physiotherapy sessions online and want a smooth, professional experience for both patients and staff without reinventing the wheel. Instead of a custom-built tool, I’d like to plug proven services—primarily Zoom (Skype as a fallback)—directly into the workflow.
The core of the job is creating a booking flow that lets patients pick an available slot, automatically generates a unique Zoom link for the session, and then sends an email reminder before we go live. Everything has to be simple to manage on my end: I open my calendar, click the link, and start treating.
Because this is healthcare, reliability matters more than flashy design. I’m fine with WordPress plugins, Calendly, Acuity, or a lightweight custom script—whichever you believe keeps things stable, secure, and easy to maintain—so long as it ties neatly into Zoom’s API and my existing domain email.
Deliverables (all must be demonstrably working):
• A patient-facing scheduling page branded to my practice
• Automatic creation of Zoom links upon booking
• Confirmation and reminder emails (at least 24 h and 1 h out) pulling session details dynamically
• Simple admin view where I can edit, cancel, or reassign slots
• A brief handover guide or recorded walkthrough so I can manage the system solo
I’ll supply branding assets, copy, and my Zoom credentials. You bring the technical know-how and a clear plan to get us up and running quickly.
