I need a statsitical analyser for my DNP project

Project aims are to improve education confidence and attitudes of nurses working in a long-term care facility on palliative and hospice care after an educational intervention. I have three surveys that were completed, one pre, one post, and one 30 days later to determine retention of the material. I need help with the statistical analysis and write-up of same. Once hired, I can provide additional details and an exemplar for the project to highlight exactly the areas that I am looking for.
