I need information on how to get started working as a contractor for health insurance companies and doing home modifications for handicap people in the Pennsylvania region.

I’m a licensed and insured contractor in Pennsylvania and I want to start working as a contractor for health insurance companies doing home modifications and installation going stairlifts etc. i need to be advised on who to speak to about this that will take care of this so we can begin doing contractor work for health insurance companies.
