Health Insurance Claims Filing Specialist
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking for an extra set of expert hands to keep my health-insurance claims moving smoothly from preparation through final settlement. Your main focus will be filing claims—everything from completing CMS-1500 or UB-04 forms with the correct ICD-10 and CPT codes, to tracking each submission until payment posts.
Day-to-day you will:
• Prepare and submit claim forms quickly and accurately
• Follow up on denials or under-payments, draft clear appeal letters, and resubmit within carrier deadlines
• Coordinate with hospitals, physicians’ offices, and insurance representatives to collect missing documentation or clarify billing questions
Success for me means clean claims that pass initial edits, fast turnaround on any rejections, and regular status updates so I always know where each case stands.
If you already have at least two years of hands-on experience doing exactly this, can navigate common payer portals, and are comfortable speaking with both providers and insurers, let’s talk.
