I have mobile app that needs tweaked and uploaded to the play store

I have 3 or 4 mobile apps which are nulled . I'd like to start with one which is a rewards with a variety of games like sweepstakes, raffles, ect. This project is for one app , and if all is well , we'll continue with several more. They are nulled apps so may need some tweaks and reskinnig, I don't know this is my first app
Not sure if they need reskinned or redesigned. I want to get started and being the app is already developed and may just need reskinned and added to marketplace. And if all goes well I do have a couple projects from ground floor that will need programming and design
