server is not power up

I have a physical server which is currently in testing mode. Unfortunately, it is not powering up and I believe the issue is hardware related. I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can figure out the root cause of the problem and help me resolve it. As it is a testing phase, the system needs to be back up and running quickly and securely to deliver positive results. Please provide your estimated timeline and rates in your proposal.
