i need a hardware engineer

i need someone to reset the bios on a microsoft surface pro 5. it's a laptop i was given by my company so i could work fom home during lockdown. I have now left the company and 10 months later they still have not collected it. Both the uefi settings and hard drve are bitlocker protected/encrypted. Also the boot from usb devives setting had been disabled. So if someone could reset the bios so i can boot from a memory stick and then install a fresh copy of windows to be able to make use of this laptop
