Ethical hacker who can retrieve the lost password of hardware wallet

We need a ethical hacker with deep knowledge of hardware wallets and their technical architecture. The engineer should be able to retrieve the the lost password of a Ledger Nano hardware wallet. The engineer will be provided with a separate hardware wallet to imply the reverse engineering for practice and then will need to imply the same over the hardware wallet in question.

The budget is negotiable and any such previous experience will be much appreciated.
