Segway electric scooter ninebot tire replacement

My front tire needs to be replaced on my Ninebot max electric scooter and so does the rear fender/splash guard. I have the replacement tire and the replacement fender/splash guard , just need someone to do it. Here’s a how to video showing what tools are needed and how to do it. Doesn’t seem like a project that should take more then an hour id guess for somebody who has the traits/skills for this type of handyman work.
