Replace Damaged Screw/Bolt

The original screw or bolt I’m dealing with is stripped and can no longer hold its thread, so the part it secures has started to wobble. I’m unsure whether I still have a usable replacement, which means you may need to bring a matching bolt or help me source one on-site.
