Our team is looking to hire Independent Contractors that provide the following services :
Handyman
Plumbing
HVAC repair
Electrical
General Maintenance
This is a 1099 contract, not a full time job.
You will be presented with different work orders daily, and you can choose which to accept or decline.
The pay rate is always negotiable, depending on the job difficulty or how far it is from your location. It starts from 30$ per hour, and can be negotiated to go higher.
You need to provide the basic tools for the trades that you provide, and a vehicle.
You must have at least 5 years of experience on the trades that you provide.
Having a license is a bonus for every candidate.
