Handyman Needed for Home Repairs

I'm in need of a reliable handyman to assist with several small home projects over the next 3 to 4 weeks.

Key Tasks:
- Deck board replacement: The priority task is replacing 6-10 wood boards on my deck.
- Exterior painting: This will need to be done after the deck is repaired, as I need someone who is comfortable working off a ladder.
- Sheet rock installation: I have less than 10 sheets that need to be put up.
- Caulking: General caulking around the house.
- Chimney chase work: Some minor repairs and maintenance on my chimney chase.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient handyman with experience in home repairs.
- Comfortable working off a ladder.
- Able to work with wood and familiar with deck maintenance.
- Previous experience with sheet rock installation and caulking.
- Knowledgeable about chimney chase work.
- Available for the next 3 to 4 weeks.

Please note that the exterior painting will be scheduled for when temperatures reach around 60 degrees.
