I am lookin to start a company called, Martinez Maintenance Solutions. This is a residential & comercial handyman service. What I’m looking for is a a generic letter I can send to various property management companies offering my services as a vendor not employee. I need something I can send to big companies as well as smaller companies where they don’t feel intimidated about my services being unreachable for them. So the verbiage has to be right. Please let me know what info you need from me and let’s get this started. Looking to do this sooner than later. Thanks
