On-Call Airbnb Handyman Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I manage a busy Airbnb and want a reliable, on-call handyman I can count on for the occasional hiccup that comes with hosting. In most cases I’ll reach out once a month (sometimes less, sometimes a bit more during peak season) to handle whatever cropped up between guest stays.
Typical requests include:
• Quick plumbing fixes—leaky faucets, slow drains, running toilets
• Light electrical work—outlet swaps, breaker resets, fixture replacements
• General maintenance—touch-ups, hardware tightening, minor drywall or paint patches
Because guests expect everything to be safe and fully functional, I do need you to hold current plumbing and electrical licenses. Please let me know your after-hours availability, typical response time, and how you prefer to structure estimates (hourly, call-out fee, or flat rates for common jobs). Photos, short videos, or invoices documenting completed work are all I ask for my records.
