Oracle Cloud Kubernetes setup with Terraform

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to set up an Oracle Cloud Kubernetes cluster using Terraform. The purpose of this setup is for a production environment. I already have a pre-defined Terraform configuration in mind, so the ideal candidate should have experience with custom Terraform modules and configurations. It is not for oracle managed service we will need to setup the cluster with individual nodes. Additionally, I require the integration of monitoring and logging tools to be set up within the Kubernetes cluster. If you have experience with CI/CD pipelines or other third-party services, that is a plus. Overall, I am open to suggestions and willing to discuss further details with interested candidates.
