Big Data & Power BI Learning Project

I'm seeking a freelancer who can propose and execute a comprehensive Big Data project utilizing Power BI. The goal is to create a real-world use case that serves a learning purpose for me.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Propose a project that leverages real-world big data scenarios, focusing on aspects such as data collection and storage, data analysis and visualization, and the presentation and communication of insights.
2. Execute the project using authentic big data technologies. The specific technology can be chosen based on its relevance to the proposed project, but could include Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, or NoSQL Databases.
3. Publish the project in a public domain and provide a thorough explanation of each step and its purpose. This should include teaching me not only how to execute the project, but also how to understand and interpret the results.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Power BI and big data technologies.
- Strong ability to create engaging, real-world use cases.
- Excellent teaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Prior experience with data collection, analysis, and presentation.
