I need an experienced gutter specialist to stop two small leaks that have appeared at the joints of my steel guttering on a two-storey residential house in Enoggera. The sections can be accessed from a ladder onto the carport then up on to the roof of the house.
You will identify the exact failure point at each joint, clean away any debris or old sealant, and apply a suitable long-life roofing sealant or equivalent solution. Please bring all materials and safety gear; I can provide ladder access if required.
I’ll consider the job complete once both joints stay completely dry after a hose test or the first rainfall. I need the work done in the next few days and can meet you at the address anytime.
