About the Role:
We are looking for skilled Guidewire professionals with hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud Integration, Policy Center (PC) Rating & Configuration, and Data Conversion. The ideal candidates will have expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Guidewire applications for insurance clients across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Guidewire Policy Center, including rating, rules, workflows, and product model.
Perform Guidewire Cloud Integration with other applications and third-party services using APIs and web services.
Lead Guidewire Data Conversion activities including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Design, develop, and support Guidewire rating & configuration for insurance products.
Work with functional teams to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of Guidewire solutions.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for Guidewire applications.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Guidewire Policy Center (PC) configuration and rating.
Hands-on knowledge of Guidewire Cloud Integration & Guidewire Studio.
Experience in Data Conversion for Guidewire applications.
Familiarity with Guidewire Product Designer, Gosu, and Workflow configuration.
Understanding of insurance domain concepts (P&C, Life, or Health Insurance).
Good knowledge of APIs, Web Services, ETL processes, and system integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Guidewire certification(s) in PolicyCenter, Rating, or Integration.
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
