Guidewire ClaimCenter Support Developer
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for an experienced Guidewire Claim Center professional who can jump straight into my live environment and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The core of the engagement is hands-on production support, but you’ll also be driving forward small-to-mid-sized configuration, integration and general enhancement requests as they arise.
What this looks like in practice:
• Triage and resolve priority incidents in production with minimal turnaround time.
• Make configuration tweaks or larger changes that improve claims workflows and user experience.
• Build or adjust integration touch-points whenever an upstream or downstream partner changes requirements.
• Contribute ideas for incremental enhancements, implement them, and push them confidently through lower environments to production.
Acceptance criteria for each ticket are simple: the issue is reproducible in lower environments, resolved in production without regression, and fully documented in our ticketing tool. I work in a mostly US business-hours window but incidents don’t always wait, so prompt communication and ownership are essential.
You should be fully at ease with Guidewire Configuration Studio, PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter integration patterns, Web Services / SOAP & REST APIs, SQL, and typical deployment pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
If you have the bandwidth to become the go-to resource for keeping our Claim Center instance healthy while steadily enhancing it, I’d love to start right away.
