Video Recording System

I'm looking for a custom video recording system to be developed for my business. The main purpose of this system is to capture small components (less than 5cm in size) on video. I need the system's recordings to have high resolution capabilities, so video clarity is not an issue. The hardware is being developed, and has to be integrated with a Raspberry Pi 4B and I would prefer to store the recordings on a local system. The software should be capable to having a good user interface onto a small 10" touch screen and show live video on the screen. I am open to suggestions and possibilities.
