MacOS Menu System for Application Launch

I'm looking for a MacOS based menu system that allows easy launching of applications, specifically the Hiarcs Chess Explorer. The system should allow users to:

- Drag and drop files for launching
- Store the url of the files (Swiftdata or else)
- Launch the Hiarcs Chess Explorer with ease

The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with MacOS software development
- Familiarity with the Hiarcs Chess Explorer is a plus (Not truly, I can explain)
- Ability to create user-friendly, intuitive systems
