GUI consulting quick overlook and opinions

This task is basically a request to get an opinion no code to write. If you have experience and have done other complex GUI, fluent english, a microphone and 20 minutes via screensharing (to see what is the actual situation), you will be asked live your opinion and basically what solutions to enhance the usability comes at your mind.
