GUI Meters buttons etc.

Need a program to run on a raspberry pi with a touch screen. We will need some gauges and buttons on a GUI. Two analog inputs, two analog outputs, one stepper motor driver output. Very simple logic, we can code the logic but we want a nice look to the GUI. Similar to a PLC. I prefer C or C++ but could be Python or others. This is more of a look and feel project. We can code the back end.
