Face Detection and Recognition Authenticator using pycharm as IDE

So basically the system should have 2 GUI, One GUI is purely for users (for example, the GUI contains Room1, Room2 and Room3, follow by one button namely "enter" button place right below the each of the Room, when the user click onto "enter" the Pycharm IDE shall open the laptop's webcam and start detecting and recognizing the user face, if the user is authorized, then the screen of the laptop should be displaying a message say "’The user name’, access granted", if it is not then the screen should be displaying "Unrecognized user", more details has been listed below at the deliverables) Do bear in mind that if the one particular user is authorized for Room1, it is not necessary that that particular user is also authorized for Room2.
Admin will have full control over the user's authority in entering rooms. Admin can even deauthorize any user. Hence, this is where the second GUI comes in, the GUI that is purely for admin. In the admin GUI, admin has several buttons such as register new user, assign authority, blacklist user and so on. The designing of GUI i will leave it to you as long as it is simple and user friendly. Moreover, the users details will be saved in a database, every task performed by the admin will be saved and updated in the database such as register new user, then the new user attributes will be saved in database, changing the user authority, then should be updated in the database accordingly, deleting the user, then the database shall not contain the user information anymore and so on. Then when the database has one particular user's attribute, the recognition system can check and compare the details that are saved in the database to identify if the user is authorized or unrecognized.
