Build a Manga Scripting App

First, to get a basic idea of what you'll be doing, take a look at the canvas.png image, as it's the main crux of the application. In an image viewing GUI, when a text area is hovered over, translated text appears. However, in addition to this, a txt doc needs to be generated when you enter text for a specific bubble that is also dynamically changing. The image viewing GUI should be 'infinite scrolling' scrolling(e.g. you upload a manga with 24 images, infinite scroller would have 24 images), and there will be other features to the app that will be discussed later to make it more convenient for translators working on raw images(e.g. TL comment systems). Also, a light-weight reading HTML client program that generates the above reading functionality in an internet browser, given the user has the image files already.

App to be developed for windows, and language should be easily maintainable.
