I need a Social Media Manager/Growth Hacker

Birch Gin is a premium handcrafted gin made in copper moonshine stills and produced in tiny batches of around 200 bottles at a time. It is a competitor to Monkey 47 and has a similar pricing. We launched a year ago, have won five international awards and are currently making batch 18 and have also launched a Navy Strength gin.
Birch Gin is run by husband and wife team Justin & Dawn and we are now in 80+ local stockists in the Sussex and Kent area. We would like to grow nationally over the next year and need someone to help us with this by getting us noticed on social media.
