The Group: Triple Your Job Interviews with AI & ChatGPT (Focus: scaling membership and engagement).
The Personal Brand: Jerry Jay Hunter (Focus: Authority building and driving traffic to the group).
The Business Page: Job Hunting U (Focus: Brand consistency).
Our Mission:
We help job seekers land more interviews using the power of AI and ChatGPT. Your job is to build the community around this mission and convert that community into sales for our coaching programs/courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Hacking: Implement organic strategies to rapidly increase the member count of the "Triple Your Job Interviews" group with qualified leads (not bots).
Funnel Optimization: Turn the Facebook Group into a sales machine. Create welcome sequences, pinned posts, and engagement loops that drive members to book calls or visit jobhuntingu.com.
Content Strategy: Repurpose our content across the Personal Profile, Group, and Page to maximize reach. You must understand the difference in tone between a personal profile (storytelling) and a business page.
Community Management: spark high-value discussions. You will not just moderate; you will lead conversations that position Jerry Jay Hunter as the authority.
Outbound/Inbound Engagement: Engage with other communities to drive traffic back to our ecosystem.
Who You Are:
Proven Track Record: You must provide case studies or screenshots of Facebook Groups you have grown and monetized.
Copywriting Skills: You understand direct-response copywriting. You know how to write hooks that stop the scroll.
Funnel Expert: You understand how a "Group Funnel" works (Membership questions -> Lead Magnet -> Email List -> Sale).
AI Savvy: Since our brand is about AI, you must be comfortable using and discussing AI tools.
