Growth Specialist Needed (Part-Time) – Social Media Engagement & Sales Growth
Applicants will be reviewed and replied to daily
I’m looking for a Growth Specialist to help grow my clothing brand’s reach and sales on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Schedule: 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
Type: Remote, ongoing
Compensation: 25% of profit per attributed sale + performance bonus (up to +10%)
What You’ll Do
This is a growth and engagement role – not content creation.
On the days you work, you will:
Do 60+ qualified interactions per day using our brand account
Engage with target accounts and competitor followers
Leave thoughtful comments (5+ words, relevant to the post)
Reply to Reels/TikToks/Stories in our niche
Push people to visit our profile and click through to the website
Send at least 5 micro-influencer / UGC outreach messages per week
Send a simple weekly update (followers gained, profile visits, clicks, sales attributed, opportunities you see)
Qualified interactions include: meaningful comments, replies, niche discussion, and outreach.
Emoji-only, spam, and copy/paste comments do not count.
Compensation
25% of profit on every sale that can be clearly attributed to your work (using codes/links/analytics)
Monthly performance bonus up to +10% on top of that, based on hitting or exceeding specific KPIs
Maximum possible commission = 35% of profit on attributed sales
Performance Expectations
We’ll track a few key metrics every month:
Follower growth
Reach growth
Profile visits
Website clicks
Attributed sales
Month 1 has baseline targets (for example: at least 40% follower growth, 2x reach, 200+ profile visits per week, 50+ website clicks per week, and 40+ attributed sales).
If you exceed those targets, you earn bonus % on top of your 25% commission:
Hitting “strong” performance on a KPI adds +1%
Hitting “exceptional” performance on a KPI adds +2%
Calculated across 5 KPIs, up to a maximum of +10% bonus per month
