Head of Growth / Creator Acquisition Strategist (USA Market) – No Ad Budget / Organic Growth Only
We are launching a U.S.-based subscription platform for creators (similar to OnlyFans / Fansly), focused on low commissions and lifetime referral incentives.
We are not looking for someone who depends on paid ads.
We need a growth hacker / hustler-type who knows how to attract creators organically — through outreach, partnerships, ambassadors, agencies, or influencer networks.
The initial responsibility will be to deliver a written Growth & Acquisition Playbook for the U.S. market, including:
• Priority niches & channels (Twitter/X, Reddit, Telegram, agencies, etc.)
• Outreach strategy (scripts, positioning angles, conversational approach)
• Suggested partnership / referral frameworks (performance-based, no ad spend)
If aligned, we will continue into an execution phase where results will be rewarded based on traction generated.
