Marketing & Growth Help Needed for Early-Stage Startup (First Customers)

Job ID: 40157794

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

Hi,
I’ve built and launched a product called Amoria (https://amoria.cloud). It helps people remember to appreciate their loved ones by sending thoughtful gifts automatically.

The product is live. The website works. Sign-ups are easy.
But I’m struggling to get real users.

I’ve already tried Facebook/Instagram ads (AUD 100+ spend). I got views and clicks, but almost no sign-ups. That tells me something is off — either the messaging, audience, funnel, or positioning.

I’m now looking for someone who can actually help me figure this out, not just run ads.

What I’m Looking For

I need someone who can:
• Review the website and explain why people aren’t converting
• Help identify the right target audience
• Improve messaging and value proposition
• Suggest better ways to acquire early users (ads or non-ads)
• Help get the first few paying or active users
• Be honest if something needs to change or pivot

This is an early-stage product, so I’m looking for guidance + execution, not big-agency style reports.

Who This Is For

You’re a good fit if:
• You’ve worked with startups or MVPs before
• You understand why ads sometimes fail even with clicks
• You care about results, not just impressions
• You can think, test, and adjust quickly

This is not a “just boost ads” role.

Budget

Open to hourly or fixed price.
Happy to start small and continue if it works.

When You Apply

Please tell me:
1. What you think might be wrong just by looking at the site
2. How you’d try to get the first real users
3. Any similar experience you’ve had

Short, honest answers preferred
