Experienced Growth Manager (Ads + Influencers + Virality) for Dark Romance Subscription App
We are looking for a highly experienced Growth Manager to scale our new Dark Romance / style subscription app through Paid Ads, Influencer Marketing, Virality Strategy, Creative Testing, and efficient budget scaling. This is a performance-driven role with daily communication and strict targets. We want a long-term partner, not a short contract.
ABOUT OUR APP (Launching December 2025)
Our app is currently being upgraded to include Books, Audiobooks, Multi-season Romance Series, improved UI/UX, updated onboarding and subscription flow.
Our website is also being refreshed.
Our niche (Dark Romance) performs extremely well on BookTok, RomanceTok, and POV-style content.

Analyze BookTok/RomanceTok, review books for hooks, study all content, build testing matrix, prepare influencers, plan TikTok/IG/FB strategy.
PHASE 2 (14-Day Testing — €1,000 Budget)
Test TikTok/IG/FB ads, 3–5 influencers, multiple hook families, find winners, set CPI/CPA benchmarks, create scaling plan.
KPIs:
20–40 subs
5 winning hooks
2 viral-ready concepts
PHASE 3 (Scaling Jan–Mar 2025)
Month 1 (€2,500): daily optimization, first influencer wave, strong virality attempts.
Month 2 (€5,000): multiple winning angles, 10+ influencers, daily scaling.
Month 3 (€9,000): strong retargeting, cross-platform scaling, viral waves.

Month 1: 130/150 subs,
CPA €3–€5, 35–40 creatives, 5 influencers.
Month 2: 300/350 subs,
CPA €2.5–€4.5, 10–12 influencers.
Month 3: 600/700 subs,

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Paid Ads Management
Manage TikTok Ads (55%), Instagram Reels/Stories (25%), Facebook Ads (20%).
Daily optimization, creative testing, scaling, killing losers early, CPA reduction, retargeting, Spark Ads, weekly reporting.
2. Influencer Management
Research, outreach, negotiation, scripts, tracking, scaling top creators, replacing weak ones.
3. Virality Strategy
Select viral lines from books, use AI scenes, boost organic videos, use trailers, test 10–20 viral edits monthly, aim at least 1 viral hit in 60 days.
4. Tracking & Reporting
Pixel + event setup, UTMs, clean naming.
Weekly summary: spend, CPA, installs, subs, best/worst creatives, influencer results, next-week plan.
Weekly sheet: spend, installs, subs, CPA, top creatives.
Monthly review: what worked, CPA trend, best angles/influencers, next plan.
TARGET REGIONS
Primary (80%): US, UK, Canada, Australia
Secondary (20%): Germany, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Ireland
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in Romance / Dark Romance, BookTok/RomanceTok, story or audiobook apps, subscription apps, emotional virality.
Must have strong TikTok Ads (non-negotiable), Meta Ads, influencer management, creative testing, fast communication, fluent English, and comfort with Dark Romance / 365-Days–style content.
COMPENSATION
$1,000/month starting
Pay raises every 3 months if KPIs are met
