Dear Growth Hacker,
For our e-commerce business, we are looking for a full-time growth hacker to analyze our business and consult us for applying the best growth hacking techniques to grow our business as quick as possible while staying in control.
Our business is focussed on the 3d printing market. Which means we sell 3d printers and supplies. We do that now in mainly the Netherlands and Belgium. But shortly we will be expanding to the whole EU.

You will be responsible for:
- Analysing the business processess and systems
- Consulting with the team members
- Making a report of the current state of the business
- Doing research about the best growth hacking practices
- Design an implementation plan for these best practices
- After our approval, together with us implement that action plan
- Evaluate that action plan.
- Grow with us to the sky.
- Building a beautiful high growth, high happiness, high-tech environment.
And basically all that comes with the job as growth hacker.
Apart from that, we are a young, innovative company. In other words, there is a lot of room for you to collaborate with our team on improving our workflows and processes. We like to give you room for your ideas! We believe in making mistakes and personal leadership to help you become the best growth hacker you can be! As we grow, there is also room for you to take on more responsibility. Good English speaking and writing skills are therefore essential.
What do you bring?
- You have followed a technical/business/commercial education
- You have experience with growth hacking techniques
- You have at least 5 years experience in this line of work with an impressive track record and social proof/recommendations
- You're an exploring, researching, creative, but systematic person.
- You have experience with e-commerce.
- An analytical insight
- Open to feedback
- Solution-oriented
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- You are in possession of fast internet and a good telephone
