The primary channel you’ll own is social media campaigns. You’re free to test creative angles, paid or organic tactics, and clever community seeding, as long as they convert. Expect transparent communication, rapid iteration, and clear documentation so we can double down on what works.
Deliverables
• A brief but actionable acquisition plan outlining funnel, messaging, and timeline
• A weekly report tracking new sign-ups, profile completion rate, and confirmed first swaps
• Proof of at least one successful exchange initiated by the users you recruited (screenshots or platform analytics)
