We are seeking a skilled and efficient freelancer from Freelancer.com for a unique opportunity capitalizing on the abundance of skilled construction workers in Greece. Our goal is to form a team for a renovation project in the Netherlands, a country currently experiencing a shortage of such professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Recruitment: Your initial task involves leveraging Greek job platforms such as Kariera.gr or Skywalker.gr to recruit freelancers with expertise in recruitment or human resources. The focus should be on tapping into the surplus of construction talent in Greece.
Secondary Recruitment: The Greek-recruited freelancers will then be tasked with engaging these skilled workers, particularly those in the construction and renovation sectors, for deployment in the Netherlands. This approach addresses the pressing need in the Dutch market for such expertise.
Coordination and Communication: As the main conduit between us (the project owners), the Greek-recruited freelancers, and the construction workers, you will need to ensure smooth communication. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Dutch and Greek would be highly beneficial.
