WordPress Razorpay Booking Form

I’m spinning up a dedicated sub-domain (xyz.abc.com) on my existing WordPress site and need a small yet robust booking form tied to Razorpay. The form will collect 5-6 key items and instantly calculate the correct amount based on our pricing rules:

• Regular Adult Price: ₹2,999 per person
• Automatic group discounts – 10 % for two, 15 % for three, 20 % for four or more adults
• Children: Free up to 6 yrs, ₹999 for 6–12 yrs, full adult rate above 12 yrs

The solution must:
• Live inside WordPress (that’s our current platform) on the new sub-domain
• Use any form plugin you’re comfortable with—Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, WPForms, or a custom block—so long as it supports conditional logic and hooks cleanly into Razorpay
• Capture and pass the usual booking details (name, contact, counts of adults / children, preferred date, any note) to Razorpay and return a clear success/failure message to the user
• Record each confirmed booking in the WordPress dashboard and send confirmation emails to both the guest and me
