Split WordPress Quote Email Automation

I’m happy with the quote-submission email my site already sends, but it’s far too long. All I need right now is to break that single message into two separate, cleaner emails.

Here’s exactly what I have in mind:

When a visitor completes the quote form:
• Email #1: carries the quote information exactly as it does today with slight word changes.
• Email #2: focuses only on account access and must include the user’s Username, a Password-reset link, the Login URL, and a direct link to the members area.

I’m on WordPress, so feel free to handle this with a lightweight plugin (e.g., Gravity Forms hooks, Contact Form 7, WP Mail) or a simple functions.php snippet—whatever keeps maintenance easy and cost-effective. Just make sure both emails trigger reliably, are well-formatted, and survive basic spam checks. Once done, I’ll test the form live; if both messages land correctly with the right content, the job is finished.
