WP Job Manager Customization - MyRecruita.com

I'm seeking an experienced WordPress developer to customize a job board using WP Job Manager and several other plugins.

Key Requirements:
- Install, configure, and customize:
- WP Job Manager
- ACF Pro
- CPT UI
- Gravity Forms (with file upload & date/time picker)
- A filtering solution (FacetWP or similar)
- Override archive & single templates for Jobs and Talent CPT to match our existing UI (CSS, responsive layouts, utility classes)
- Build and embed custom forms (Apply Now, Submit CV, Book Session, Request Full Profile) with hidden field population and email routing to my email
- Create a child theme, enqueue assets, and document all custom code (inline PHPDocs + a developer-notes.md)
- Ensure mobile-first responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and performance best practice

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in WordPress development
- Experience with WP Job Manager and Gravity Forms
- Familiarity with CSS and responsive design
- Knowledge of performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility
