Build Interactive, Logic Based Forms with Mathematical calculations. They should be card based.
1. These 5 forms will be embedded on my website.
2. I need the Questions to happen in card format.
3. I need to be able to merge the formatting and color palates to my website (being done on WordPress).
4. I need to collect information of the users while they interact with the form in a repositary.
5. I need for emails to be sent to the users.
6. Pop up giving them the results and a CTA button on the website.
