We need someone with a lot of experience with Gravity Forms to do what we are trying to do. We are already very familiar with this plugin and use it extensively. You must send us finished Gravity Forms you have created. We already know how to use this software very well, so were are looking for a true professional of the software to do things that are bigger than we can create. You must be able to customize the appearance in an amazing way!
In this smile design, it will:
1. Start button pressed
2. Basic explanation how do the simulation
3. Face camera opens and patient takes pictures of their face.
4. This is saved into the files section of Gravity Forms.
5. The patient continue a very complex set of conditions, going through specific dental options. This is a large web of options with images to help the patient understand what they are being asked.
6. When this is all finished, it will deliver a private PDF with a price estimate. After 48, our team will deliver the virtual smile.
We really need someone to manage the Gravity Forms part of this, and recommend us the best way to go about the Camera and saving the file as part of the flow.
This must be absolutely beautiful looking on mobile, with fresh round buttons and a modern interface.
We will have our artists created the backbone of the PDF file, but we must be able to get the information from Gravity Forms into this beautiful PDF.
