Gravity Form for Visa Inquiry

I plan to add an interactive Gravity Forms questionnaire to my WordPress site that helps visitors quickly answer one core question: “Do I need a visa to visit Belgium?”

Here’s what I have in mind:
• A clean, step-by-step form built with Gravity Forms (latest version) and its built-in conditional logic.
• Questions that branch logically—nationality, length of stay, purpose of travel, etc.—so the form shows only the fields that matter to each user.
• A final on-screen result that clearly states whether a visa is required and, if so, which type.
• An email notification sent both to the visitor and to me summarising the answers.
• Embedding the finished form on an existing WordPress page and styling it to match my site’s colours and typography.
• Brief hand-off notes so I can tweak questions later without breaking the logic.
