Complex Gravity Forms Service Calculator

I’m looking to launch an interactive, multi-step calculator in Gravity Forms that prices out my Exterior Cleaning services.. We need options to calculate a price for Gutter Cleaning, Roof Cleaning, House Washing, External Windows and General Pressure Washing..

We have the formula setup already and how to create the calculations, we just need this put in to Gravity forms and make it look beautiful and work seamlessly.

What I need:
• A single, well-structured Gravity Form that walks users through the cleaning options.
• Conditional logic and calculation fields that factor in variables such as gutter length, number of storeys, window count, surface area, and any add-ons I provide.
• A live price tally that updates as selections change, followed by a clear summary screen.
• Automated notifications that email the detailed quote to the customer and copy me for follow-up.
• Styling tweaks (CSS or minimal JS) to make the form blend with my current site design.
- The ability for customers to accept the quote and request a booking via a date and time picker
- The customer to receive an email after submitting the form with the deatils of their quote
- Our office to get an email wiht the details of the quote so we can then follow up and book in
• A short hand-over guide showing where to adjust rates, labels, and service descriptions.

I’ll supply all pricing tables and wording; you configure the form, apply the math, test thoroughly, and deliver the final Gravity Forms JSON export along with any custom assets.

We need this form to look beautiufl and fit in with our website branding, so it is very important that you can add design/styling.
