Victron Integration with Octopus Energy Scheduler

I'm looking for an expert in Node-RED, GraphQL API and Victron systems to help me optimize my energy usage with Octopus Energy's Intelligent Go. The primary goal is to efficiently manage energy consumption in my home, specifically by controlling my inverter during low-cost energy periods and charging schedules from octopus which can be obtained through GraphQL API.
Key requirements:
- Experience with GraphQL and Node-RED
- Understanding of Octopus Energy's Intelligent Go
- Ability to create a system that turns off the inverter at optimal times to save on energy costs
- Experience in integrating with various APIs, especially energy provider APIs.
The ideal candidate would be able to schedule the inverter to turn off during low energy cost periods, as well as at specific planned dispatch points.
