GraphQL charts and alerts

I have a QraphQL API that I want to connect to and draw some charts based on historical data. it's an API for stock prices. So for example, I would like to draw a chart showing the stock price for $TSLA for example over last month.

I'd also like to add an additional feature which is ability to either email or send a slack message when stock price hits a certain level. So if Tesla stock price hits $1200, it would send me a ping.
Ideally I'd like this app built in Node.js / React.js / Typescript or Javascript for easier maintenance.
