Fintech Full-Stack React/GraphQL Expert

I’m spinning up the next phase of our fintech platform and need a seasoned full-stack engineer to work shoulder-to-shoulder with my in-house team. The core stack is React (mostly Next.js), GraphQL served via Apollo, PostgreSQL, and a modern AWS toolchain (ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions).

You’ll be our go-to expert for GraphQL—designing schemas, writing efficient resolvers, and keeping query performance tight. On the front end you’ll craft responsive, accessible React components, while on the back end you’ll handle data modelling, migrations, and optimisation in Postgres. A solid grasp of DevOps is just as important: automated CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and cost-aware deployment strategies all live in your wheelhouse.

Initial milestones include:
• Shipping the next release of our transaction engine and its companion React dashboard
• Hardening our OAuth2/Cognito-based auth flow and exposing the new logic through GraphQL
• Reviewing and improving the Terraform scripts that spin up staging and prod environments

Everything sits in a private GitHub repo; we practice trunk-based development, run two-week sprints in Jira, and communicate in English. NDA signing is required and you should plan on a quick technical interview. If we mesh, expect 20–30 hours a week for at least three months, with room to grow.
