Develop a UISP (formerly UCRM) PHP Based Plugin - Export to Zoho Books

I am looking to hire a capable web developer to help me create a Plugin based on Unified Internet Service Provision (formerly UCRM) using PHP. I have a good idea of what I'm looking for in the plugin, so I'm hoping to find someone who is up to the challenge. The plugin should be built using PHP. I am looking for an experienced and reliable developer who can deliver a quality product on time. I have two plug-ins attached. I would like the form from the invoice-csv-export to be the main interface for the plug-in and then the quickbooks plug can be a template for setting up the API to connect to Zoho Books.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with PHP, along with experience in Unified Service Provision (formerly UCRM). Knowledge of other programming languages such as JavaScript and C++ will also be beneficial.
This project requires someone with excellent technical knowledge and the ability to work independently. You should have the ability to interpret the needs of the project and develop the plugin accordingly. The job requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and someone who is proactive, organized and driven.
