Script/API/Function that creates animation from list of vector images as an input
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need an API/Script (even a simple function), written in any language, that can programmatically create a doodle-like animated video from a given list of SVG vector images. The animation should be smooth and visually appealing.
A single frame will have multiple vector photos, and the input will be the whole frame (including all vector images) and any other meta data.
