I am looking for a contractor to design and construct an expandable tiny home to be placed on an existing foundation measuring 12x40. The tiny home is intended for use as office space, and my budget for this project is less than $10,000. I have some ideas of what I would like the tiny home to include, but I am open to flexible solutions and suggestions from the contractor.
