work on site banner images now (by the hour)

I'm looking for a freelancer who can work on my illustrations now.
we need to make some site banners and i will evolve them with you in real time.
this will go on for a few days on and off.
Task 1 is make a linked-in banner
I just need 2-3 hours now but more ongoing.

Ideal Skills:
- Skill making site banners, adverts etc
- Proficiency in image editing software
- Attention to detail
